General Term

We would like to state rights and obligations of belts.gr to all of you visiting our site, so as to inform you for your rights and obligations, in order to better facilitate your search and acquisition of desired products.

Confidentiality

As a necessary condition to begin conciliation, some personal information is required. When placing an order we require personal information that includes your full name, the address of delivery, your e-mail and your phone number.

In case you would like to pay by credit/debit card your card's number and expiration date will be also required. However please note that no such information is processed or stored on our servers, but rather you will be redirected to our partner bank that facilitates the payment on our behalf.

belts.gr, under the rules of Data Protection Authority, will not use or pass on your personal data, without your permission. belts.gr does not give away, make public, sell and exchange to a third party your personal data and information under any condition. We will make an exception to the rule if we are asked to give personal data to Statutory Authority or to Court, always under legitimate formality.

belts.gr reserves the right to fill the providers on statistical graphs of selling, which no way includes personal information that can lead to recognition of individual persons.

You are free to change, reduce or put away some of your personal information, if there is a reason for you to do so.

Secure

belts.gr is using SSL protocol (Rapid SSL), with 256-bit code (the most strong in our days), during personal detail exchange and checkout process. In this way all your personal data is encoded.

We do not process your credit/debit card credentials. During the checkout process you are being redirected to our partner bank's (Piraeus Bank which is based in Greece) secure payment system or in case you are choosing to pay through Paypal, to their respective payment system.

Cancellation of order

belts.gr has set for the cancellation of an order (full or partial) that is already enregistered. For any cancellation of order (full or partial) you should send an e-mail to sales@belts.gr or fax to +302410288336.

belts.gr also reserves to cancel an order and refuse transaction with a customer as it sees fit.

Conditions of payment

For your own convenience, belts.gr provides the following ways of payment:

  • By credit/debit card of any bank. belts.gr has taken measures to provide you with a secure payment system.
  • Pay Pal payment by using their own payment platfform.

Issue of invoices directed to companies and professionals is possible, given the following information is provided: Name of the company, VAT Number, Tax Office and profession.

Means and time of delivery

Upon receiving your order, we might contact you to resolve any questions and confirm your order.

The product(s) are prepared and shipped immediately after.

Prices of products

The price displayed in each product includes VAT (24%).

Back-out and product returns

Buyers have the right to return product(s) they purchased, without informing us of the reasons, within 20 days upon receiving their order. Product(s) must be returned in excellent state, like upon delivery, and the cost of return is at the expense of the client.

Warranty

Don’t hesitate to contact us concerning any problem that might occur. We take great pride on our products and we want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied by them.

1. Term changes: belts.gr reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of the deal. belts.gr assumes the obligation to inform the text of any change or addition to the conditions.

2. Current Law: All transactions made through belts.gr governed by the International and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994), which regulates matters concerning remote sales.
